Basic Provisions
The processing of personal data applies to services provided by the following companies:

The principles of personal data protection are the cornerstone of our Company’s personal data protection policy. The conditions outlined below apply to business partners who engage with the Company based on a contractual relationship. When processing personal data, we adhere to the main principles of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, Act No. 111/2019 Coll., amending some laws concerning the adoption of the personal data processing law, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, and other legislation governing personal data protection.
Purpose of Processing
The Company processes your personal data for various purposes depending on the context. If you use our website, where we utilize cookies, we primarily use your data to monitor traffic and improve our services. If you register with us, we use your data to manage your account and provide related functions. If you make a purchase, we use your data to process your order, protect our legal claims, and comply with legal obligations. With your contact details and other information, we also display and send you customized offers. With your consent, we share data with third parties to display offers on other websites and to provide some additional services. We are authorized to process personal data based on either the preparation or performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, or your consent.
We process personal data for different purposes and to varying extents either:
- without your consent based on contract performance, our legitimate interest, or due to compliance with a legal obligation, or;
- based on your consent.
Collected Information
The collected information is used exclusively for business purposes and to enhance business processes. The information we collect serves to fulfill your order, personalize the website’s offerings, and provide additional communication regarding our products and services.
The collected information includes both your personal data, which users provide directly by filling out contact forms, and information gathered through your activity on the Company’s website (e.g., information about issued cookies or technical devices).
Specific personal data collected includes:
- name, surname, academic title, permanent residence, and delivery address, as well as data obtained from publicly accessible property registry databases;
- in case of interest in buying/selling a property, also an email or phone number;
- for certain selected services, it also includes delivery postal address, date of birth, personal ID number, company ID number, and bank account number.
Technical cookies:
- Some cookies are stored on your device directly by the Company's web interface. Thanks to these cookies:
- we identify you when navigating between different pages of our website and during repeat visits. They ensure that your shopping cart is not deleted, your login is remembered, and the current version of the Company's web interface is displayed;
- the Company can record your consent to the terms and conditions or to the processing of personal data;
- the Company can ensure your security on the Company's web interface and prevent misuse of your personal data and your personal account;
- we record, investigate, and resolve faults and non-functional components of the web interface.
Analytical cookies:
Your personal information is further used, based on your consent, to improve your user experience through analytical operations carried out using third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc. This ensures that personalized advertisements and content are displayed to you.
Data Storage
The Company processes the above-mentioned data for the purpose of recording the contract and potentially defending the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the future. The storage and processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the last part of the contract unless another legal regulation requires longer retention. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation and for the purposes of the Company’s legitimate interests.
Your personal information is safe with us. To prevent unauthorized access and misuse of your personal data, we have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures. Our Company is highly committed to the protection of your personal data. Thus, we regularly check its security and continuously improve its protection. We strive to use security measures that, given the current state of technology, provide adequate protection. The adopted security measures are regularly updated.
Such measures include:
- anonymization of personal data;
- access to personal data only for authorized persons of the Company;
- a process of regular testing, assessment, and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure data processing security;
- a multi-level firewall;
- antivirus protection and monitoring of unauthorized access attempts.
Your GDPR Rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to correct or supplement your personal data, the right to request restriction of their processing, the right to raise an objection or complaint against the processing of your personal data, the right to access your personal data, the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be informed of a breach of the security of your personal data, and under certain conditions, the right to request the erasure of certain personal data that we process in relation to you.
Modification and Supplementation:
You control your personal data mainly through your user account (My Profile > Basic Seller Information, Permanent Residence Address). Here, you can delete or change basic information about yourself and adjust settings regarding receiving commercial communications (or unsubscribe from them).
Correction:
If you believe that the personal data processed by the Company is incorrect, you can contact us via email or postal address. To expedite the correction of your personal data and for your convenience, we recommend adjusting your personal data in your user profile.
According to the amendment to Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as of January 1, 2013, it is not possible to change the data in already issued invoices. Data on an invoice can only be changed if you have not yet accepted and paid for the subject of the contractual relationship.
Access:
You can request the Company to send you an overview of your personal data via email or postal address. Please note that the overview of personal data is sent only electronically, and in the case of a postal request, you must provide your email address.
You also have the right to access the following information regarding your personal data:
- the purposes of processing your personal data;
- the categories of the personal data concerned;
- who, apart from us, are the recipients of your personal data;
- the planned duration for which your personal data will be stored;
- whether you have the right to request rectification or deletion of your personal data, restriction of their processing, or to object to such processing;
- information on the source of personal data if we obtained them from you.
Erasure:
You can also request the Company to delete your personal data (the deletion, however, does not affect data on documents that we are required to keep by law, such as invoices or credit notes). If your personal data is necessary for the determination, exercise, or defense of our legal claims, your request may be denied (e.g., if you have an outstanding debt or in the case of an ongoing complaint procedure).
You have the right to erasure in the following cases:
- Personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed
- You have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal reason for processing
- You have objected to the processing of personal data, and it is determined that your interest in this specific situation outweighs our interest in processing such personal data
- Personal data is processed unlawfully
- A special legal regulation requires the erasure
- The personal data relates to children under the age of 16
Objection:
Some of your personal data is processed based on the Company’s legitimate interest. If specific reasons exist on your side, you may object to the processing of this personal data via email correspondence.
Filing a Complaint:
If you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully, you also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. The lead supervisory authority responsible for the Company's data processing questions is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. However, we would appreciate it if you try to resolve any issues with us first.
Final Provisions
By submitting your contact information through the contact form or by using the website www.viagem.cz, you confirm that you have read and fully accept the privacy policy.
The Company is entitled to change these policies. A new version of the privacy policy will be published on the website: www.viagem.cz.
These personal data processing conditions are valid and effective from September 30, 2024, and are available electronically at www.viagem.cz.
